SCHEDULING:
One of the most important aspects of any project is the integration of all the construction activities into a schedule, which expedites progress. We identify major critical operations, time periods, and installation deadlines. This allows for the most accurate schedule possible. We also develop a project schedule, which coordinates our activities with those of other trades, to meet the scheduling objectives of the owner and the general contractor. We understand that our manufacturing schedules must support the construction schedule of a given project; therefore, we prefer to be part of the planning process for laboratory projects. Orders are scheduled into the manufacturing facilities on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Our schedules are formed to meet the individual delivery needs of our customers. Detailed production schedules from our manufacturing partners allow us to provide information such as:
• Shop drawings and submittal dates
• Target release dates for fabrication
• Delivery dates
• Installation start dates
• Manpower loading
• Critical item tracking
• Offsite storage and coordinated deliveries at additional costs if required
