PRECONSTRUCTION SERVICES:

Much of the strength of our company’s performance is in our preconstruction capabilities. This includes comprehensive estimating and values analysis information throughout the design process, beginning with schematic design through completion of the final construction documents.

CONCEPTUAL ESTIMATING:

Our conceptual estimating efforts are based on accurate active and historic cost data on all of our products.  Our ability to estimate correctly the first time leads to developing a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) early in the design process.  Changes in the scope of work and pricing are then tracked and reported as the design evolves to ensure compliance with the functional design intent and budget.
